Vineet Mittal, one of our Promoters, is the Chairman and Whole-time Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in technology (electronics and communication engineering) from Regional Engineering College, Hamirpur in 1996, and passed the bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Calcutta in 1992, and has completed the 37th session of the owner president management program from the Harvard Business School in 2008. He has approximately 28 years of experience in the energy sector. He has previously served as the managing director of Stream International Services Private Limited, and the senior engineer with Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited. He is currently also associated with Avaada Energy Private Limited, and Avaada Ventures Private Limited among others.
Vinoo George, is a Whole-time Director of our Company. He has received bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Madras in 1977. He is responsible for providing strategic direction, operational efficiency, quality management technology integration and overall capacity management in our Company. He has been associated with the Avaada group in various capacities since 2011. He has over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. He has previously been associated with BHEL and Reliance Infrastructure Limited.
Kaushal Gautambhai Shah is the Chief Financial Officer – CFO’s Office of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since July 1, 2025. He has received a bachelor’s degree in commerce from H.L. Commerce College, Gujarat University in 1988. He was also admitted as an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (“ICAI”) in 1993 and has completed the post qualification course in information systems audit conducted by the ICAI. He has over 19 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. He has previously been associated as senior vice president at Adani New Industries Limited and chief financial officer at Adani Green Energy Limited and Adani Transmission Limited. He was awarded as a ‘Performer in simulation activity – Northstar 1.0’ by Adani Northstar in association with Harvard Business Publishing – Corporate Learning. He was not paid any remuneration in Fiscal 2025 as he was appointed as an employee of our Company in the current Fiscal.
Surendra Gupta is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since September 8, 2025 as Senior General Manager – Secretarial & Compliance and since September 30, 2025 as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He has received a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Calcutta in 1997, a master’s degree in business laws from National Law School of India University in 2013 and a post graduate diploma in business management (finance) from SVKM’s NMIMS in 2023, and has also passed the examination for bachelor of laws course from Magadh University in 2014. He is an associate member and fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has over 17 years of experience in legal, compliance and secretarial functions. He has previously been associated with Senco Gold Limited, Jupiter International Limited, and Jindal India Power Limited. He was not paid any remuneration in Fiscal 2025 as he was appointed as an employee of our Company in the current Fiscal.
Sanjeev Kumar Tiwari is the Vice President – Manufacturing of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since April 9, 2024. He has received a diploma in electrical engineering from Government Polytechnic Khurai in 1991, and a post graduate diploma in business administration with a specialisation in operations management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning in 2013. He has over 30 years of experience in sectors including solar manufacturing and infrastructure. He has previously been associated with Hotline CPT Limited, Moserbaer Solar Limited, Lanco Infratech Limited, Kutch Copper Limited (Adani Enterprise) and GSC Toughened Glass Private Limited among others. In Fiscal 2025, he received a remuneration of ₹ 4.02 million.
Jyothsana Vasudevan is the Senior Vice President – Human Resources of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since July 1, 2025. She has passed the examination for bachelor’s course in arts from University of Delhi in 2000, and a master’s degree in business administration from New Delhi Institute of Management, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2002. She has approximately 17 years of experience in human resources and managerial roles. She has previously been associated with Whirlpool of India Limited and Shell India Markets Private Limited among others. She was not paid remuneration in Fiscal 2025 as she was appointed as an employee of our Company in the current Fiscal.
Nagendra Srivastav is the Factory Manager – Dadri of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since December 26, 2023. He has received a diploma in mechanical engineering from Hewett Polytechnic, Mahanagar, Lucknow in 1988. He has approximately 30 years of experience in renewable energy sector. He has previously been associated with Lanco Solar Private Limited, Maharishi Solar Technology Private Limited, Waaree Energies Limited and Kosol Energie Private Limited among others. In Fiscal 2025, he received a remuneration of ₹ 2.05 million.
Jai Krishna Tiwari is the Vice President – Sales & Marketing of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since August 18, 2025. He has received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology in 2004, and a post graduate diploma in computer aided management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2008. He has approximately 15 years of experience. He has previously been associated with KPMG Advisory Services Limited, BG Explorations and Production India Limited, BP India Services Private Limited and IHS Global Private Limited among others. He was not paid remuneration in Fiscal 2025 as he was appointed as an employee of our Company in the current Fiscal.
Navneet Shaunak is the Head – Information Technology of our Company. He has been associated with Avaada Energy Private Limited since May 6, 2025 and our Company since September 1, 2025. He has passed the examination for bachelor’s course in engineering from University of Rajasthan in 2008, and a post graduate diploma in telecommunication from Balaji Institute of Telecom and Management, Pune in 2012. He has over 8 years of experience in the field of operations and IT infrastructure. He has previously been associated with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP, Tulip Telecom Limited, ONGC Tripura Power Company Limited, National Institute of Smart Government, mGage India Private Limited and KPMG Advisory Services LLP among others. He was not paid remuneration in Fiscal 2025 as he was appointed as an employee of our Company in the current Fiscal.
Anupam Sharma is the Head – Manufacturing Cell and Research & Development of our Company. He has been associated with Avaada Energy Private Limited since May 30, 2022 and our Company since April 1, 2023. He has received a bachelor’s degree in science (physics) from University of Delhi in 1987, and a master’s degree in science (physics) from University of Delhi in 1990. He has approximately 31 years of experience in renewable energy sector. He has previously been associated with Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute, Moser Baer Solar Limited, Websol Energy System Limited, Continental Device India Limited and Usha (India) Limited among others. In Fiscal 2025, he received a remuneration of ₹ 4.30 million.
Vishal Mittal is the Assistant Vice President – Procurement of our Company. He has been associated with Avaada Energy Private Limited since February 3, 2025 and our Company since September 1, 2025. He has received a bachelor’s degree in technology from Himachal Pradesh University in 1997, and has passed the post graduate diploma in materials management from Annamalai University in 2004. He has approximately 11 years of experience in various managerial and supply chain management roles. He has previously been associated with Aarti Yarnfab Private Limited, Euler Motors Private Limited, Exide Leclanche Energy Private Limited and Indus Towers Limited among others.
